u can try gives u basic info on land line and some cell good luck w/ur search
There are no free reverse lookups for cell phones. They all cost money for to get the info.
There is no real cell number database, so there cannot be a free source for such info. Also, $10 is only going to get you access to some useless database or directory garbage.
$70-$90 is the average cost for real, non-automated cell phone info. Our company has been using an inexpensive source for years and have gotten excellent results fro them:
