Its probably some sort of scam. Ignore the calls.
I think this is a “scam” number, it might be a satellite phone, and then the call rate is about 12$ per minute, if you call them back.
this number apparently unlisted – you can do one of tow things call you phone company and have the number blocked or ignore it but don’t call the other number. have you tried reverse number on the other number?
I use 411.com for all my searches they have reverse phone and address searches as well
