There used to be when I first started out looking but now all of them want to charge money. I thought the yellow and white pages were free, but not anymore. You can try them, just type in white pages directory
There are pages in our phone book that do that.
both the white and yellow pages website has a reverse lookup feature and if it doesnt give you a name it can at least give you a location sometimes

If it’s a land-based phone in the U.S. that is not unlisted, you might try:. It’s free, fast and all you need to do is type in the phone number.
I haven’t figured out how to find cell phone info.
You can use the free tool at… which searches all the free resources such as Whitepages and Google to reveal the information you need such as owner name and specific address.
If it can’t find the info you need then it shows you the best place to find the info!
