I just want a site that can tell me the surname or the business name, as it’s either from a friend or a potential employer!! Any help would be way appreciated!

That’s impossible to do as far as I know. And I’m 99.9% sure of this. What’s stopping you from just calling them back and being polite. If it’s a potential employer I wouldn’t be wasting my time, I’d call them back and simply say who you are and that you received a call from this number. Won’t you recognise if it is a friend the moment they answer?
