There are NO free reserve cell # search sites most of them are paid ones however even they are incorrect most of the time! your better off asking your carrier if the caller is harrassing you!
No there are no free sites – that is basically the scam – the search is free, the results you pay for
There are several ways tofind out who owns a phone number. If you and the caller have the same service provider, the provider may give it t you, I believe Verizon and Sprint offer this – but you both have to have the same service.
You cna find a “safe” phone – one that does not come back to you (it can be a land line) and call the number pretending to be Dominos or another Pizza service- Tell the person they get a free Pizza delivered for answering a short survey:
What is your name?
Have you ever used this phone to order pizza? (pretent you are interested in this response)
Would you ever order pizza from this phone number(again)? (once again, pretend to be interested)
The tell him or her thank you and that you are going to send the delivery person with a coupon for a free pizza – you just need the address…
