I have never used one …i wondered about that some people i know change numbers monthly so how is that kept up?I also wondered about the tracing of number i saw a couple of sites. for that to see what location they are actually calling from form the pings of cell towers it was actually cheap for doing that.( i guess if you have cheating hubby and think he might be calling from walmart n he is actually at restaurant onc4e you check it would be worth the money..)
You can use the 100% free tool at which searches all the free resources online to bring back the information you need.
It searches Google & Whitepages amongst others to bring back the owner’s full name and location on a map.
It’s amazingly accurate and if it can’t find the information you need, it shows you where you can get it.

I read an article this morning about this very thing. The guy seemed to know what he was talking about. He said he found one that gave correct info, but he did have to pay a small fee for it.
