yes it is a cell phone i have tried anywho and it tells me its a verizon wireless number and the town the person lives in.. reverse numbers are for cell phones i do not want to pay to find out this persons name

It sounds like this is a cellphone which is not a public database. Your best bet is to contact your phone service provider to get help.
Anywho.com has a pretty good reverse lookup function, as long as they are listed in the phone book.
If they are not listed in the phone book (and 800 numbers, unlisted numbers and cell phones are not), no free service will help you. I use anywho.com, but it’s of little value.

There are some if it is a private phone – but, sounds like a cell phone – so, there are not any – how often have they done this – sometimes people call with cell phones, and there call gets dropped –
