I don’t remember the actual name of the site I googled it. I can tell you it isn’t free there is a fee.
If it’s a landline #, did you try just typing the phone number into google ?
then click on the reverse number tab
There’s a free tool at which searches all the free resources online such as Whitepages and Google to bring back such information as the location and owner name.
If it can’t find the information for free, it shows you the best place to find it.
