There is no such thing as a free reverse cell phone number lookup. There are some providers that will give you the number of a subscriber if you are also part of that network. You need to check with your provider to see if that is possible.

Since it involves a stalker and is important, I wouldn’t use a free service even if there was one available. Instead, I would use a service which I have to pay for simply because I know that using that service is legal and highly confidential, which allows me to see the details in an extra safe environment.

i dont think you can…. with a cell phone! And if it involves something bad- i think you should let the police know.

No, you can find out who the cell phone provider is, but they won’t tell you who pays for the service. (the owner of the phone)
not on cell phones…and half the time the info is bogus anyway. call the cops if its a stalker they can figure it out and warn the stalker for you.
You can do this through 411 or this website: but I think you have to pay. Oops.. 411 can’t do cell phones.. sorry!
