Try Google, just enter the info and click search
There is a tab button at the top that says REVERSE LOOKUP. Click it.
I use that all the time. Many times if you’re trying to find out who those damn companies who solicit all day long the number wont reveal who they are. But it’s worked like a charm when looking up people.
There’s a free tool at which searches all the free resources such as Google and Whitepages to bring back free information including the owner name and location.
If it can’t find all the information for free, it shows you the best place to get it from.
